Glenn has spent his life in the orthotics and prosthetics profession and is active in advocacy for the physically challenged. As a third generation prosthetist/orthotist, he has had the opportunity to witness the dramatic changes and advances in the O&P world that allow for remarkable results never before possible, while maintaining a connection with traditional methods and techniques for those who desire it. Glenn’s time spent in graduate school for prosthetics and orthotics at Northwestern University in the late 1980’s and subsequent educational opportunities combined with over 30 years of experience in prosthetics and orthotics allow him to address the needs of his patients on many different levels to suit their needs and desires. Glenn’s family is a major part of his life and he enjoys many activities with his daughters Jordan, Sara, and Emilee, and his wife, Jennifer. Glenn is also a devoted Auburn Tigers and Atlanta Falcons football fan.

Since Glenn began working for AALOS in 1970, his name has become synonymous with orthotics in Montgomery. With so much orthotics experience, he is a tremendous resource for our clients. Glenn earned a degree in science from Alabama Christian College and then continued his studies at Northwestern University in Chicago, where he completed the orthotic long-term course of study in 1980. He attends many professional continuing education courses throughout the country in order to keep up with new developments in the orthotics profession. Glenn was the mentor to Glenn Crumpton, current president of AALOS. Glenn and his wife, Martha, have two children, Amy and Will. He enjoys camping, fishing, and boating with his family.

Keith’s service in the Air Force provided him with many of the skills needed for prosthetic work. An eye for detail combined with common sense aided him in quickly picking up the techniques of O&P work. Keith became a registered prosthetic technician first, and then earned his certification in prosthetics in 2002. Since earning his certification, Keith has taken on a more active role in patient care. Keith and his wife, Jeanne, are avid NASCAR fans and enjoy riding horses in their spare time. Keith also enjoys riding his Harley Davidson and his John Deere tractor. Together, they care for their pet horses, dogs, cats, and birds.

Ben has been with AALOS since 2008 after attending the University of Alabama. He recently graduated from Northwestern University with his certificate in prosthetics. Ben received his certifications in orthotics and prosthetics in 2013-14 and is now licensed in the state of Alabama. Originally from Dallas, Texas Ben has lived in Alabama for over 10 years. Ben is married to Nicole and they have a son, Connor, and a dog, Jessie.

Dan’s work as a physical therapy assistant led him to the O&P profession more than a decade ago. While attending a clinic at Southern Orthopedic Surgeons, Dan met Glenn Crumpton, who encouraged him to make a career for himself in prosthetics. Dan successfully completed the prosthetics program at Northwestern University in Chicago and earned his prosthetics certification in 2004. Dan received his orthotic certification in 2009. Dan continues to keep his LPTA license current and works, as needed, for Restore Therapy. Dan has a son Drew. He is actively involved at Boone’s Chapel Baptist Church and CAST Ministries. In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time in the outdoors.

Justin, a native of Oxford, AL, began his residency at AALOS in May, 2016 after graduating from Alabama State University with a Masters in Prosthetics and Orthotics. Justin previously earned both a BS in Exercise Science and a Masters in Biomechanics from Auburn University. Justin will complete his residency and take his boards in late 2017. In his free time, Justin enjoys being outdoors with his chocolate lab, Murphy, and spending time with his family.

Elizabeth came to AALOS after 15 years in the automotive industry. She offers AALOS more than two decades of experience in operating a small business. Originally a temporary employee, she is now our Operations Manager. A native of Montgomery, Elizabeth graduated from Huntingdon College with a BA in Finance/Economics. She and her husband, Chris, have three children, Mary Helen, Jack and Sara Turner. In their free time, they enjoy time at the lake.

Prior to starting his career, Michael received a degree in Social Work from the University of North Alabama, and completed an internship at UAB Hospital. He then worked for East Alabama Medical Center, coming to us in 2012 as Office Administrator of our Opelika/Auburn facility, and assisted in opening our Columbus office in 2014. Michael now works alongside Glenn and Elizabeth as our Assistant Operations Manager, overseeing the day-to-day scheduling of all five offices, and coordinating activities of our patients. Michael is originally from Moulton, AL and now resides in Auburn. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, the lake, concerts, anything outdoors, and Auburn football!
Post Mastectomy and Compression fitter

Holly began in 2008. She is a certified post-mastectomy and compression fitter for our Montgomery and Opelika offices. Although Holly was first introduced to the O&P world in 1991 when she met her husband, Woody, who is a bilateral below knee amputee. Together they started CAST Ministries (Christian Amputee Support Team). Holly and Woody keep busy with their children and their families. They live in Auburn and enjoy spending time together with their pets, staying active at their church, working with CAST Ministries, and going to Auburn sporting events. The most recent addition to their lives is the CAST Life Center, a Lake Martin retreat center for amputees and their families.

Jean joined us after working at National Car Rental for 12 years. She works in the administrative office. Jean is from Tuscaloosa and has lived in Prattville for 29 years with her husband, Carter. She has numerous grandchildren that she loves spending time with. She also enjoys gardening, reading, and lives and breathes Alabama football!
Insurance Collections Specialist

Donna joined us after 25 years in the car business. As our insurance collections specialist, Donna works with all facets of insurance collections and customer service, including speaking directly with insurance companies, making sure claims are processed correctly and efficiently, and handling financial and billing questions for clients. A native of Tallassee, Donna now resides in Prattville. She has a daughter, Courtney, who recently added a granddaughter to the family. In her spare time, Donna is a competitive bowler and enjoys playing poker, watching football, and spending time with her granddaughter.
Orthotic Billing Manager

Prior to coming to AALOS, Betty spent eight years as rental manager and bookkeeper for Radio Hospital. This made her an ideal fit for coding and billing in our orthopedic, mastectomy and lymphedema departments. As Billing Manager, Betty deals firsthand with insurance companies; receiving authorizations and staying current with billing and coding changes. Betty and her husband Rocky have two children, Meagan and Justin, a son-in-law, Travis, and two grandchildren, Kasyn and Jackson. They attend Landmark Church. Betty’s other interests include spending time with her grandkids, gardening, and raising chickens.

As the granddaughter of our founder, Joe Seals, Cathy was exposed to O&P work at an early age. After graduating from Southern Technical College in 1990, she began her career at AALOS. Now, as Prosthetic Billing Manager, Cathy deals with authorizations and claims billing. Her loyalty to the company is her driving force. Cathy enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew, as well as friends. She also enjoys listening to 80’s music, shopping on QVC, and going to movies. Cathy attends Landmark Church of Christ where she helps with children’s church and Sunday school.

Kelli Jackson came to AALOS after working 19 yrs in the Customer service Industry. With her experience in customer service, our patients are always greeted with a friendly face. Not only is Kelli the first person our patients encounter when they enter our office, but she is also the direct link to our Referring Physicians and other Allied Health Service Professionals. In her free time, Kelli enjoys spending time with her family, five fur babies, and especially helping to take care her 9 year old niece, Mallory.
Selma Office Administrator

Angela came to us in 2014 as our Selma office administrator. She has a degree in information and office management from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College in North Carolina and is a licensed real estate broker in several states. Angela also holds a general contractor’s license and worked in the building industry in Hendersonville, NC. She is also a board certified optician. Angela and her husband Kelley enjoy spending time with friends and family on the Alabama River and at the family farm in Safford.

Sandy brings over 20 years’ experience in the medical field to the Dothan office of AALOS. She is the initial contact for everyone coming to the Dothan location and always has a smile on her face. In her free time, Sandy enjoys spending time with her family, loving her five rescue dogs, watching scary movies, and of course, Alabama football.

Michealla is the newest member of our team, joining in May 2018 as the Opelika Patient Care Coordinator. Michealla has a varied background including administrative, sales, and even a mechanics assistant at one point. Michealla is the first friendly face our patients see when walking in the door and typically the last upon leaving. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband who is the team captain of the Auburn Wheelchair Basketball team and playing with their rescue dog, Bella.
